Reverted the .Wiki translations and added subtitle on/off string translations

Thank you for the update!

I'd recommend not translating the Wiki entries at all until we release the experience - with that you can test if the default name works. If it doesn't, the Wiki allows to override the name of the article for Wiki lookup.
