Minor fixes to German and French #676

Fixes:

  1. A single instance of submeshes was translated as "Unter-Mesh" as opposed to "Submeshes" in German.
  2. The User Inspector was translated as "Benutzer-Assistent" instead of "Benutzer-Inspektor", using the name for the wizards instead of inspectors.
  3. The French translation of the Online Users facet had the two numbers swapped.

Closing this as nothing has happened in a year and I don't see anything happening in the future.
