1) Can a world be accessed directly from outside by a URL? (I've heard URLs mentioned here and there.) 2) If the worlds grow from dozens to thousands (or dozens of thousands), the search or guided discovery mechanism will become increasingly important. Any plans for sophisticated discovery functions?

  1. Yeah, the support is there, but getting the URL right now is a bit tricky. This wiki page has a bit more info: http://wiki.neosvr.com/subdom/wiki/index.php?title=Command_Line_Arguments

I'm currently working on a new UI for managing the active sessions, which will expose a lot of important functionality. This will include a button that will simply copy the link into your clipboard.

  1. Heh, that will be the day! :) But yes, there are three main things that are planned to help with the growth (probably roughly in this order):
    • Search, allowing you to find specific experiences or narrow them down by some keywords
    • Sub-hubs - the main hub will link to a bunch of different hubs, each focused on specific topic/theme. Sort of like subreddits on Reddit
    • Related experiences - a bit like on YouTube, offering you similar experiences to the ones you've visited
