More details as you described in the discord some time back would have helped. Being in the welcome screen, can't click the voice mode buttons, you are fully pressing the trigger down, and the problem only occurs in Neos - I'm not sure if there's a reliable way to replicate this bug you're having, but you could try a database reset as per FAQ 6.4 - Do try this and let us know what happens.

Hello. Sorry to hear you're having trouble. There doesn't seem to be anything in the logs unfortunately.

Do any other actions work? E.g. joystick for movement?

It could be a strong trigger drift that's causing it. Try replacing this file (needs to extract it from the archive) in the folder where Neos is installed to check if it helps:

Config.zip

Nope Joystick doesn't work also. And the file didn't helped either. But it worked with the Oculus Rift CV1 so the problem is somewhere by the Index. Sorry for the late reply and update some bigger problems occurred that needed to be fixed first. My Idea is now that it may has to do something with the Oculus Software where it maybe only registers the Inputs from the CV1 Controller. But on the other Hand the Index Controller gets detected and should work properly.

Hello! Is this still an issue at all? I wonder if maybe you might have not been running in the correct runtime environment.
