IPFS backend for file system decentrailization

Decentralizing the file system Neos uses would assist it in becoming a standard in the Metaverse; Decentraland does this by having each client store data. I'm sure there's another method that could be put in place such as an opt-in for IPFS.

Relevant issues

My concern is censorship in the long term, in various other countries. IPFS seems like a good tech that fits nicely into the Metaverse vision.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to be able to opt in to assist in hosting data via IPFS somehow for our gadgets levels etc.

Additional context

This could cause issues with exposing gadgets code, as you would need to also store the scripting data in the cloud, and obviously isn't just a solution we could implement. But long term we should look at decentralizing the entire platform away from AzureCloud, as in my eyes that's the best possible future. Maybe some type of dual solution would be good, and could help Neos survive in areas of the world where censorship is strong.

Seems that many things are on IPFS these days and the network is much faster. I'd still love to hear from the team if they think this feature is a good idea or not, as I've been talking with some folks about it too. Thanks for opening the issue @TheCyberWarlock

I'd also like to see support for ARWEAVE in the future, as permaweb stuff seems rad for metaverse
