XiexeToon - MatCapMask (GrayScalemask) #1791

most related issue is #1536 i think.

Describe the solution you'd like

In some of shaders like uts2 supports matcap with matcapmask. but in Neos's Xiexe Toon Shader Doesn't support matcapmask, just matcaplint.

Describe alternatives you've considered

separate complitely in Blender and re-import. it works with separately but this solituion cannot mixed mask.

Coming to NeosVR from VRChat and ChilloutVR, all my avatars rely on masking for the limited number of materials I use, in order to help reduce drawcalls down for performance. So definitely support this.
