Import Support for Depthkit files #192

This is a request for an ability to import Depthkit Volumetric Video to Neos. An example can be found here:

This should be possible in Neos if you setup the regions for RGB and Depth correctly. You can check out my demo world 'ZED Mini 6DoF Demo Videos' (User AlienInArea51) and this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqzLGdJtGvs
