Selection For ncr / KFC small fix #2117

Is your tweak request related to a problem? in the desktop mode you cant not see the text in the window to select NCR or KFC which could in the future cause issues and or with newer users

Describe what would you like tweaked

the Opaque/transparent layer behind the black text to be less transparent

This window is not transparent usually, it is userspace-green, like the debug window and all other userspace windows. Try switching the worlds - maybe it's the world's lighting or skybox that is influencing it? image

On using the Debug dialog a lot in various worlds while testing the new build, I would say that the userspace dialog material's lighting is very inconsistent and becomes unreadable easily. These dialogs should not be affected by current world's lighting and skybox.
