PlayOneShot doesn't play audio clip if speed is negative #2523

Describe the bug

While using a PlayOneShot with a negative speed value, the sound does not play.

Relevant issues

None.

To Reproduce

Click pulse on Play One Shot with negative speed set -- Note sound does not play -- OneShotAudio slot is properly generated -- Playback speed on AudioClipPlayer is properly set to -1

Expected behavior

The sound effect plays.

Discovered during a personal project I am working on. I wished to reverse a sound clip based on the state of a bool.
