Add Japanese naming convention to Bone Hierarchy detection for Avatar IK #2776

Is your tweak request related to a problem? Please describe.

Since issue #2619 was implemented, it works super awesome! The next thing I'd like is for IK to detect and understand Japanese MMD bone Hierarchy chains. I was met with a model yesterday (August, 10, 2021) I bought off of booth, it's entire Armature was in Japanese. So I had to throw it in blender, use CATS plugin to rename everything and had some other issues with the hands (That issue was helped with in the Discord)

Describe what would you like tweaked

For the auto detection to work with MMD rigs. I'll provide a reference chart I've found to help with things, in Additional context. Hopefully other's can help answer some questions too!

Describe alternatives you've considered

Unsure of any alternatives other than throwing it in blender and hoping the user knows what CATS Plugin is & how to use it.

Additional context

A comprehensive list I've found for MMD Bone references. > MMD Chart

MMD rigs are far from a working VR rig so i don't understand the request other then wanting to use japanese bone names

A typical MMD rig has a root bone, and hip and spine as a child to that root bone, along side various MMD rigs needing things like additional hip/pivot bones.

i have hundreds of rigs like this i use personally for MMD and they need a lot of tweaking just to turn it into a VR ready rig

I see, this isn't an MMD model but an avatar rig with japanese names. So the request would be to add a japanese naming convention to the heuristics. Sadly nothing to do with MMD

For future reference, this is a typical MMD rig (translated to english), as you can see, its far from being an avatar. 001_2 (1)

We could add these names to the heuristics. Are these common and non-ambiguous?
