Not being able to access worlds while signed in but can when I'm on a guest account

Describe the bug?

So I had just recently got back into playing neos VR after a bit to explore other worlds and hang out with people but the issue was I couldn't see any worlds in any of the tabs from "Everything" all the way down to "My worlds", so I've tried to restart neos a few times and got no results, then I tried to restart my computer which also yeilded no resolve for this either. I then went and asked the discord a few days after the issue and I was on the lastest version and my network status was good but it kept happening where and have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• I've tried to resync my timezone and restart
• I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game
• I've attempted to go back to a previous build
• I've tried relaunching the game while deleting the cache and using a guest account and saw that the guest account was able to show worlds but not my account I use
• I've also tried launching the game with the -ResetDash command line with steam
• Tried to launch it without loading into the cloudhome and nothing happend

DESKTOP-UQCVRRT - 2021.8.14.443 - 2021-08-15 14_21_28.log <- This is the one were I could see worlds in the world tab

DESKTOP-UQCVRRT - 2021.8.14.443 - 2021-08-15 14_24_14.log <- and this one was the on where I had skipped the tutorial and not loading into the could home

I didn't need to reporduce the issue because it's still on going and I can't do anything about it

I was expecting to be able to fix this with help

So the issue was resolved and I speculate that it was my firewall settings have more than one exceptions roughly 4 so I deleted them all and put a new one in then later I hopped on in VR and joined a friend off a public instance and I was able see worlds again so it may have been my firewall that caused it because I was able to do everything else but search worlds
