HTC Focus 3 controller support for PCVR #2968

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

HTC focus 3 works with steam VR for tethered PC VR but the controller bindings are off as the controller is not officially supported.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add support/keybinding for the controller very similar to oculus touch controllers.

Describe alternatives you've considered

so far it works but not all buttons.

I unfortunately do not have those controllers myself, but I should be able to add in the bindings. Can you start Neos with this setup and then send me the log so I can know what they identify as?
