2 years ago We can investigate this after releasing Neosine, but not likely before then. Publishing to each platforms adds a considerable amount of manual work every time a build is pushed, so we'll want this to be automated.
We can look into a number of different platforms though, to make sure Neos is available in as many as possible.

For now, Neos only download from Steam and standalone. but if over itch.io, more confortable to get Neos for NewComers with itch.io generic client.

Support itch.io for Neosine Launcher. according itch.io Terms, nothing about any Token restrictions. And also itch.io published an general launcher,so if once download, we can receive update with any other itch.io games that means exising itch.io users can access Neos just with a search.
Describe alternatives you've considered
if Neosine can download with itch.io, this one also nice. but idk when Neosine released, so currently i write just for Neos Public Client. Edit: Neos Client isn't support cuz' it has many manual work every time a build so update all comment for Neosine.

I checked to Neos Moderation before issue this one and reply about no problem to post Publicly.
