4 Fingered avatar with "Pointer" Index finger has incorrect hand detection. #3504

Is your tweak request related to a problem? Please describe.

Certain avatars use the bone name "pointer" instead of "index" for the first digit on a hand. The avatar importer doesn't detect this bone name.

Describe what would you like tweaked

Add "pointer" as an alias for the index bone so the importer can detect it

Describe alternatives you've considered

It's not difficult to change the bone name before importing, but that needs to be known and may cause some confusion with need users.

We do support "pointer" but Firr showed me the avatar and it doesn't recognize half of the fingers.

Changing up wording to support more specific issue.

@FirrSkunk you'll have to get the rig to either myself or frooxius so we can look into it.
