Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
NeosVR appears to assume a normal keyboard layout, there might be situations where alternative key bindings would be desirable. (Think Azerty, Dvorak, Colemak, etc.)

Describe the solution you'd like
Being able to remap inside NeosVR's UI would be great, but would also be happy in my case at least if there was a config file that could be edited to change the key bindings.
Describe alternatives you've considered
People like me could switch to normal Qwerty, switching all the time would not be preferrable however, especially when using a chat tool and wanting to move in between.
