[Bug] Holders generated in root on user respawn

Steps to replicate:

• Respawn a user by any means

Result:

• Four empty Holder slots are placed in the root on each respawn

This seems to be the result of a recent update. The earliest logged account was by Hayden#3180 and later that day by EroError#8232.

Attached is a log of producing this result in isolation.
