Local Space Indicator to display what VoiceMode a User is In #808

this was a good indicator for self to know 'you are in broadcast'.

This is planned to be handled by the userspace Facet anchors that are being worked on. You'll be able to place Facets in your viewpoint and set them up so they're only visible during certain conditions (e.g. being in broadcast). I'll likely have this as a default, but it will be a lot more customizable, as you can remove it or place it somewhere else or change how it's indicated.

I feel like this issue should be renamed if it's considered the same as #1671

a voice mode indicator would be nice and i agree if this is considered a duplicate it should be renamed

It depends how it'd be done ideally. I know currently that Alex has made a Badge to indicate it, but maybe something of a visual aid similar to the whisper bubbles would be ideal in the future. There's a few ways to do it, it just depends how would be done, so if anyone has ideas feel free. I feel like something tied to Avatars would be neat (Like Whisper Bubbles) As it also lets people customize them as well too.

@TehTurk this issue and #1671 are about the localspace indicator that would tell you when you are in broadcast / muted, not other users.
