[Enhancement] Block only UI haptics option in settings. #979

Hey, I wanted to suggest a feature for people like me.

So I've been wanting an option for blocking haptics on UI, eg; Inspectors, inventory, dashboard. I keep my haptics disabled to prevent my batteries draining quickly from scrolling and moving around UI, What if we had an option for things like Dynamic Bones, Logix, And other components to only access the haptics on controllers?

It would definitely be good idea to separate haptics various categories, so give fine-grained control over which ones should be blocked and which ones shouldn't, similarly the audio sources are separated as well.

I wonder how many categories should we have? When triggering haptics, you'd have to specify which category it is.
