Dismissing teammenu or classmenu loses mouse focus #371

If the player uses ALT+F4 to close a teammenu or classmenu, their mouse will be stuck in the selection mode and not usable for camera movement.

Steps to reproduce

Join a server
Close the MOTD if it appears
Wait for the team selection menu to appear
Press ALT+F4 to dismiss the team selection menu without selecting anything

What happens

Camera can no longer be moved with the mouse.

What should happen

Mouse control should return to the camera once the menu is gone, regardless of how it was closed.

Notes

You can also recreate this behaviour by using teammenu or classmenu console commands, and then dismissing those panels using ALT+F4.
The loadoutmenu weapons selection menu doesn't seem affected by this bug?
