On the round state hud (top center hud), it can get the player's current team state wrong and make an NSF player looks like it's playing on Jinrai when it's not.
To Reproduce
Open game
Create Server -> Start
Pick NSF (1st time, see it's correct)
Disconnect
Create Server -> Start
Pick NSF (2nd time, see it's incorrect)
Expected behavior
The round hud state shows friendly/left-side as NSF (your team), enemy/right-side as Jinrai
Actual behavior
The round hud state shows friendly/left-side as Jinrai (NOT your team), enemy/right-side as NSF. There's an additional issue cursor can get stuck but that's separate to the HUD.
