Description

When you spectate a player using a scoped gun who is ADSing, the scope overlay will flicker on and off

To Reproduce

Spectate a player using a scoped weapon e.g ZRL or SRS

Expected behavior

Scope overlay shouldn't flicker

Actual behavior

Scope overlay flickers
