[BUG] Cap zones (retrieval zones) don't match OG NT's colors #436

Description

They're too vibrant and don't match the color scheme of actual NEOTOKYO teams.

To Reproduce

  1. Join game
  2. Look at the capzones
  3. They're too green/too blue

Expected behavior

They're the same colors as in OG NT

They're not
