Jinrai wins/NSF wins/Ties counter #54

So 2/3rds of this is implemented in the new UI, where you can see team win counts. Could we add a ties counter either here or to the scoreboard?

I think this might have been opened because the jinrai / nsf win counters were instead showing the cumulative score of the members of that team instead of the team score, which has since been fixed? In terms of ties counter we don't have that yet (unless you subtract the scores of the two teams from the current round number)
