So IANAL, but my understanding of this is basically that we can continue using the assets and since there is no licensing agreement, if PB at any point decides he does not approve of what we are doing, he can DMCA us. This is what I wanted to prevent by having an asset redistribution license, but since he isn't willing to sign one, yet seemingly doesn't care about what we do, for now I'd say we can proceed as if we're good to reuse the assets.
