Collection Unit and Dataset metadata must be shown in Neotoma Explorer #21

We collect a lot of metadata for collection units and datasets, which are often critical for understanding the datasets, but which are not exposed through Neotoma explorer. Currently, the only way to view these metadata is by downloading the dataset with Tilia or through the API. This is not ideal. The metadata should (must) be exposed on the website where they can be easily seen by someone perusing, and maybe downloading, the data. Thus, I suggest that two more tabs be added to Explorer, one for Collection Unit and one for Dataset. These tabs would show all the metadata seen in the Tilia Collection Unit and Dataset tabs.

Notes from IT/Dev discussion 1/14/21: 1) expose Site, collection unit, and dataset metadata on the "Site" tab 2) Reorder tabs so that they are: Site, Samples, Diagram, Chronology, Publications
