Summary:
The migration process introduced breaking changes to the explorer web application, including various search and widget issues. We first identified and fixed search issues arising in the api, then tested those changes in explorer to establish what still needed to be addressed in the application. This PR corrects many of the outstanding search issues, and specifically fixes the search results table and dataset tray. This PR does not address the known issue with "search by geopolitical unit" in which hierarchical filtering is not being respected. We are continuing to look into this.
