The power switch is too close to the edge of the PCB. This leaves the sprung section poking through the end panel (and the hole is currently too small for it to fit).
Solutions:
Widen the hole, leaving a ugly power switch sticking out about 25mm.
Move the switch back so only the endcap pokes through the hole.
We will need to make the same change to the reset switch.
