I note Raspberry Pi do not check for D+ and D- tied together (i.e. being powered from a DCP). They seem to just rely on the host port doing the right thing if too much current is pulled. And actually, Monotron is under 100 mA anyway (I measured it at 77 mA with the SD card not initialised).
I'm electing to not do this for 1.0.
2x2 jumpers. || wires LDO enable through D+ and D-, thus checking for a DCP. = (or _) would bypass that check.
