Remove the boot-up delay and change the logo #69

The logo is now in the source tree as an ANSI UTF-8 text file. The build.rs script encodes it into glyph/attribute pairs for copying to textbuffer RAM on start-up.

The boot delay is now only 1500ms - but you can press ESC to pause the boot and read the notices.
