MCP23S18 has different pinout to the MCP23S17 #137

They are not interchangeable at all. Microchip now have some stocks of the S17, and as that is the more 'normal' of the two (if somewhat less available due to its popularity) we should just remove all reference ot the MCP23S18.

For the beta boards I will have to buy some MCP23S17 and sell the MCP23S18 I have in stock.
