Support for NeoLoad EUX Tests via the DataExchangeAPI #8

This integration allows Tosca to communicate with NeoLoads DataExchangeApi to send Tosca's TestStep timings to NeoLoad during execution. This helps when analysis of the End User Experience (EUX) in NeoLoad is required.

Currently the generic Execute Test Script Action is used in NeoLoad, which could be replaced with a custom Tosca specific one in the future.

It requires my separate pull request for the DataExchangeApi to be approved as there was a dependency conflict.

Extended the Pull request to also collect browser performance timings, the TestCase duration and the Context information
