Currently, if a user opens the Home Page and go to any section. An user have to scroll to get to the top of page.

A feature is required to be added, clicking on which should allow user to quickly get to the top of page for better experience.

[x] Add a button represented by an upward arrow icon, clicking on it should navigate user quickly back to the top of the page
