Updated to run on 1.6.4 and added .gitignore #1

These are the minimum changes necessary to get this plugin working on 1.6.4. I also added a generic .gitignore file for bukkit plugins. I will continue improving the plugin to conform to the bukkit 1.6.4 "standards."
