Balance history does not agree with balance #28

Balance history e.g. shows that current balance is 1100, but on the dashboard it is 200. I think the reason is that history doesn't actually check that the UTXOs are synced -- or more concretely, they difference between the two results probably is a result of UTXOs on abandoned forks.

I think this can be closed. Balances match for me since 6ad9549a9b3cd780de5d41d0122bc1eb64dff60e
