Levels of access depending if you're the program maintainer or a customer is important so the customers don't break the system on their own.

Requirements

• [ ] SuperUsers/admins (us)
  • [ ] Access to the adminPanel
  • [ ] can add and take out bicycles
  • [ ] Can query information at a system level
• [ ] Clients
  • [ ] Can rent a bike
  • [ ] Can look at and update their profile
  • [ ] can look at their transaction history
