Place pin on parent zone if waypoint is not placeable in a zone #2

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Several zones in the open world are restricted of placing map pins there i.e. most covenant sanctums, Oribos, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like If not in a dungeon or raid and a pin is placed with a slash command in a zone where it is not possible to use the blizzard arrow, get the parent zone and set the hidden blizzard pin in translated coordinates.
