Background: Sometimes the vendors often want to know the status of the delivery order. How we should let the vendors know the order is not delivered or the product has been returned.

Returned product or not delivered product would have a separate workflow as sometimes it would end up having a new job for returning it if it's chargeable. Would let you know guys
