At the moment, TachiyomiEh doesn't filter out any language permanently for Eh source, and it has to be manually done everytime in search query (for example, if I want to search Threesome, I would have to write- English, Threesome). This is very repetitive and tiring. Eh website already has this option, it would be very helpful to have this setting added to TachiEh as well.
