**Issue/Request: please add feature to save search history and tags so it can be reused in the future
**Other details: there is several keyword and tags that i reused a lot of time to find content that i wanted, but since this app has not yet built in feature of it so i have to relies on my android keyboard clipboard to copy paste the keyword everytime i search the content which is inconvenient
