Custom endpoint_url and 'ShardId' #27

Following changes:

Add a possible custom endpoint_url to consumer, producer and state
Return 'ShardId' in item

It would be great to get these small edits in so we can use the library with our setup. I was unable to run the tests locally, so was hoping that a pipeline was set up to run them on the repo.
