Landform Dropdown... odd behavior #80

The Landform Dropdown behaves odd.

Recreating: A landform is selected in the dropdown, and focus is taken off of the dropdown. No other selections are made other than landform.

If the user then wants to change their mind and choose a different landform, the list of available landforms is either not complete, or non-existent, other than the currently selected landform. The user would have to click on "Reset" in order to be able to see the entire Landform list again.

For now, simply selecting "Random" from the dropdown list, or using the "Reset" button is the primary method for dealing with this issue.

We will continue to look for ways to fix the problem.
