What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configured SMTP
2. Checked out latest SVN
3. Valid email was provided during registration
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected an email will be sent with the key to confirm password reset.
But when I tried, an error message appeared just above the form stating that it
'Failed to send reset password e-mail'.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FluxCP r1103, Linux (Webserver)

Using confirmation during registration is working, meaning SMTP setup is
correct and user/myself is able to receive an email with the details and link.
Mailing custom email to different addresses is working as well. I have tried
using other server's fluxcp with default theme, no integration. It worked once
and I am able to use reset password, but when I tried the 2nd time, and tried
again, it failed showing 'Failed to send reset password e-mail.' with valid
credentials used on the first try. account modules were untouched.
