Make Teitelbot understand when the reply is to his message or someone elses #34

currently, Teitelbot responds the same to a reply message regardless of whether it was a reply to something he said or not. telegram-bot api probably lets you see who the message was referring to. maybe consider adding @ support as well since it probably uses the same logic
