couldn't find file 'bootstrap-datepicker3' with type 'text/css' #113

i am using bootstrapv3 so i followed the instruction to add *= require bootstrap-datepicker3 in application.css. But when I run my app, it gives me this error.

when i restarted the server, everything went well.
