Bumped bootstrap-datepicker with github.com/eternicode/bootstrap-datepicker latest tagged version (1.4.0). Just copied/pasted files.

Hi Ben,

Thanks for the help. There is a rake task for updating the assets. I updated the task so that it works with the new project layout.

I noticed that the output is slightly different. Please use rake update and resubmit PR.
