Set shape, colours based on if person is living or deceased

Added many new options:

• Set shape of individual tiles based on if individual is living or deceased
• Set background colour of individual tiles based on if individual is living or deceased
• Set border colour of individual tiles based on if individual is living or deceased
• Set stripe colour of individual tiles based on if individual is living or deceased

Resolves #414

Happy to accept other ideas for the default colours, as I never was too happy with these ones.
