Added an option to select what happens when an individual is clicked on in the diagram.
Updated help.
Some translation updates.
Also fixed issues:
Fixed issue where error would show if exec function was enabled on server but didn't have permissions to run, as reported on webtrees forum.
Fixed issue where tooltip showed <TABLE> instead of XREF.
