Use same settings than gnome-weather #107

A new gnome-weather app was recently added to GNOME.

It would be great if gnome-shell-extension-weather was using the same settings than gnome-weather, to avoid duplication of data and minimize user confusion.

Next version of the extension will use GWeather (you can try it in GWeather branch) and partially his settings.

I think a merge with the weather app could be a good idea ;) !

So we will see. I haven't 3.8 for the moment and 3.8 in Ubuntu seem to be buggy (and I'm a Arch user).

Added partially in new version (Unit). Work for add support with location.
