Sticky messages #17

Why: Instead of having a bot to keep messages stuck at a bottom of a channel, easier moderation stuff like if you have a format you need to follow no one is going to scroll up to find the format if there are 200+ messages in a channel

Feature: Sticky message option for server moderators which allows 1 message in the channel to be kept at the bottom of the chat

This seems to be the same concept as a pinned message.

@Brecert Pinned messages are just a way to access them but a sticky message is a message that always sits at the bottom of the channel

Telegram has it so pinned message are displayed at the top, is this what you meant?

Basically so but sticky messages rather only having 1 maximum per channel and pins made more for like the top things from the channel like the most funniest memes and that

Telegram allows for more than one to be pinned per group.
