Why: So you can easily navigate servers when you click on an invite
Feature: Join https://nertivia.net/i/pna, then once in it click https://nertivia.net/i/pna again.
Then it would redirect you to https://nertivia.net/app/servers/6802277143179956225/6802277143179956224 instead of going to https://nertivia.net/app again
Basically make it quicker to look at a server from an invite
